STEP ONE

Inquire & chat

After you submit your inquiry, we’ll get on a 20-minute complementary discovery call to discuss your ideas, the scope of your project, and a realistic budget.

STEP TWO

Documenting the Space

For virtual projects, we’ll connect with a trusted third-party as-built company to capture detailed measurements of your space. From there, we translate those measurements into precise existing conditions drawings that serve as our shared foundation.

STEP THREE

We develop your design concept

This is where the fun really starts. I’ll take a deep dive into your design style before creating the design concept for your project (think mood board). This becomes the north star by which we make all decisions for your project.

STEP FOUR

Plans & sourcing

With your design concept as my guiding light, I’ll create your plans and begin selecting and sourcing your finishes, fixtures, artwork, and furniture. We’ll source as many of these from the local community and small craftspeople as possible.

STEP FIVE

Drawings & Procurement Guide

With all design decisions finalized, we create a full set of drawings that can be used for construction. Alongside these, we develop a detailed, shoppable spreadsheet with every finish, fixture, and furniture selection included. This way, you (or your team) can confidently procure everything needed to complete the design, while knowing it all ties back to the bigger picture.
