Inquire & chat

After you submit your inquiry, we’ll get on a 20-minute complementary discovery call to discuss your ideas, the scope of your project, and a realistic budget.

STEP TWO

I'll visit the space

f we’re feeling good and decide to move forward, I’ll visit your space for a 2-hour in-home consult. This allows me to get a feel for your space, confirm the scope of your project, chat with you more about your style, understand how you use the space, and confirm a more concrete budget and schedule. After this, I’ll send you an official scope of work and contract for your review and signature.

STEP THREE

We develop your design concept

This is where the fun really starts. I’ll take a deep dive into your design style before creating the design concept for your project (think mood board). This becomes the north star by which we make all decisions for your project.

STEP FOUR

Plans & sourcing

With your design concept as my guiding light, I’ll create your plans and begin selecting and sourcing your finishes, fixtures, artwork, and furniture. We’ll source as many of these from the local community and small craftspeople as possible.

STEP FIVE

Develop drawings

With all design decisions complete, it’s time to develop the drawings that will be used for permitting and construction. Once approvals from the building department are received, I’ll work side-by-side with the general contractor to ensure the project is built exactly how we designed it.

Enjoy your space
